A man has been arrested for being intoxicated when he fatally struck two pedestrians who were pushing a vehicle that had broken down on Mines Road, according to court records.
🚨Miguel Angel Meza, 25, was indicted June 27 on two counts of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
At 2:58 a.m. June 10, 2017, police responded to a crash involving two vehicles in the 11100 block of FM 1472 Road.
A yellow 2006 Ford Mustang driven by Meza was traveling south on Mines Road when he rear-ended a 2006 Ford F-150 and struck two pedestrians.
